ORDER PROCESS
To order online you must follow the procedure below which includes 4 stages:
1. Fill in/Choose a shipping address,
2. Choice of payment method,
3. Choose a shipping method, and
4. Submit an order.
The system automatically guides you step by step until the completion of your order. Your order is stored in your account (customer account). An order confirmation email will then be sent to your email address. If, during the execution of the order, an error occurs that is the responsibility of the company, the company has the obligation to rectify the error. Before completing the order, it is possible to check and modify your order.
SAFETY
For the added security of electronic transactions via debit / credit cards, once the customer has completed the purchase process they are redirected to pay on the secure page of JCC Payment Systems Ltd. The customer is informed of the charge, enters his debit / credit card details and the payment is sent and processed with absolute security of communication by JCC Payment Systems Ltd. In this case, the card details are not stored anywhere, but are only used during its control and billing. In addition, the details entered by the customer on the Publishing website www.hippasus-publishing.eu are not disclosed to the bank.
PAYMENT METHODS
For customers within Cyprus:
1. By debit / credit card, which is charged according to the regulations of the Bank of Cyprus. Debit / credit card payments are accepted by Visa and Mastercard.
2. Paypal
3. Via bank transfer. For bank transfer use the account details, which will be displayed when completing the order, if you choose the specific payment method. After the deposit in the bank account and after the amount is cleared (3-5 working days), we will proceed to send the products.
For customers from Greece:

TRANSPORTATION
For Cyprus:
Shipments are made by Courier, payment is made by credit, PayPal and bank transfer.
For purchases over €30 shipping is free. For purchases under €30, there is a charge of €1 if the collection is made at the service points and a charge of €3 for home delivery.
For GREECE:
Shipments are made via ELTA, payment is made via credit card, PayPal and bank transfer.
For purchases over €40 shipping is free. For purchases under €40, there is a €3 fee.
AVAILABILITY – ORDER CANCELLATION
Shipments will be made to the address indicated by the customer. Customers within Cyprus can choose to send the product either via courier or directly to their own place for home delivery. As long as the specific product is immediately available and as long as there are no other reasons for permanent or temporary suspension of its sale, shipments will be made within 1-2 days throughout Cyprus, if the shipment is made via courier or even at home, and within 3 days throughout Greece if the shipment is made via EL.TA. Customers have the right to cancel their order by contacting HIPPASSUS PUBLICATIONS either by phone or email within 24 hours of placing the order. In countries other than Greece and Cyprus, shipments will only be made by national post offices within 3-14 days. Foreign customers can cancel their order within 3 days of its submission.
PRICES OF PRODUCTS SOLD AND VAT
The prices of our products include the legal VAT. The listed prices do not include admission bone. The customer is informed of the total cost, including shipping costs, when completing the order.
RETURN POLICY
In the event of receipt of a defective product, the customer should contact Hippasus Publications either by phone or email to request a replacement. Hippasus Editions will replace the product if the product is available.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms of use, the use of this website and transactions through the online bookstore are governed by Cypriot Law. Competent for the resolution of any dispute arising from the use of the online bookstore or regarding the interpretation or application of these terms of use or arising from them are the Cypriot Courts.
